I applied through university. I interviewed at Sanofi (Lowell, MA) in Nov 2020
Interview
Strangest interview I’ve ever had. Interviewed for a r&d position and my interviewer was a scientist who had actually seemed to have forgotten about the interview. Didn’t get asked any behavioral questions and he just asked me what lab techniques I knew - I assume I didn’t get it but haven’t heard back officially so who knows
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2025
Interview
Very conversational interview, not many questions asked but more of an exchange about other affairs, wanted you to demonstrate interest in the company more than them showing interest in you.

Interview
I submitted my resume through my career center. I was called for an interview in the morning on a Thursday. The night before, the HR person emailed me saying if its possible to come another time because they were doing not only R&D, but engineering interviews too. I skipped class to go to this interview and I ended up being the last person to be interviewed. The interview started after 15 mins than when it was scheduled for. The HR lady seemed nice and she was dressed semi-casual. She asked basic questions like Why this college, why this major..etc. She wanted me to meet a hiring manager next door but by that time, the manager wanted to go home so I could not meet him. The HR said she will pass around my resume to hiring managers and they will contact me. I never heard back from them. Also, the HR lady said that the managers prefer interns from '__' college and they are new to the college I attend. I thought my interview went well overall and I seemed qualified to the position.
Based on this experience, I think they lack in management.
