First I give Aptitude exam round and second i give Group discussion round third i give Human resources round and fourth I give Technical round then I get results from them

Got to the second round of the interview process. Both interviews had two interviewers that were contractors, all of which had only been there less then two years. On the second round of interviews done via zoom, both interviewers declined to turn on their cameras which made the interview feel pretty uncomfortable. The second interview was also rescheduled the day before it was supposed to happen to the next day and then subsequently moved again by a half hour.
