I interviewed with Sanofi and went through three rounds of interviews. The process required a significant time commitment, with some interview discussions being quite lengthy. Throughout the process, the interviewers were professional, engaged, and the conversations were positive.
After my final round, I received encouraging feedback and was left with the impression that the process was moving in a positive direction. However, after that call, all communication stopped.
I followed up multiple times via email and also tried reaching the HR team by phone, but I received no response. My emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. Even a brief update or closure would have been appreciated.
While the interview experience itself was positive, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. Candidates invest considerable time and effort preparing for interviews, and timely updates—whether positive or negative—reflect an organization's professionalism and respect for applicants.
I hope the company improves its candidate communication process and ensures applicants receive proper updates and feedback after completing multiple interview rounds.
