It's very formal, but the interviewers are very nice and they are not in a rush to confuse you with questions. Just relax and prepare your own questions. Be curious to know what you will be doing once you are hired.

You have to do a Project 100 once that is complete there two interviews with development manger then second one with recruiter and development manager potentially one with the business manger
Then a psychometric test

The interview is sales experience based and definitely have scenario based questions. Be prepared to have scenarios up your sleeves. Most interviewers just want you to showcase your ability to network, persuade and selling skills.
