I had a three stage process with hiring manager to discuss what i am looking for in a new role. Then moved onto what Sanderson can offer and what the day to day would look like Third stage confirming details around expectations and commission etc

Two stages with CEO, discussing my previous experience, my ambitions and my life outside of work. Nice guy, made me feel at ease, engaging, enthusiastic. Enjoyable experience, not too challenging
