Tbh the interview process it’s so lengthy and clearly a waste of time, I told them clearly in the recruiter interview what my skill sets are and they still process to another 3 rounds of interviews and made me work on a long ppt that took so much time and efforts to come back to me after such a long process that sorry we are looking for someone with expertise in events and webinar sorry but if they wanted this profile specifically and there was no room to negotiate on that they should have told me from the very beginning instead of wasting my efforts and energy also a lot of time.
