San Jose Behavioral Health interview questions

The Interview process was easy going, I interviewed with 2 people from the Recreation Therapy team. They were friendly and welcoming. The interview consisted of 7-8 questions about my relevant experience for the job. The interviewers were very kind and receptive to my answers, giving my positive feedback. They also added constructive feedback when needed. They were straight forward about next steps and very communicative after. I got the offer the day after!

First you meet with HR team, after HR you meet with supervisor, last round is with CEO. They'll give you a tour of the facility and overall ask about your previous experience, why you want to work in the field.
