Good interviewing process.Interviewer has in depth knowledge about what they ask. They give some clues on questions being asked and motivate you to answer them. Most of times interview questions are basic in nature.Some times they also ask you about the various projects you have worked up on ,your role into it.

All candidate has to clear a 3 hrs online programming test (Software Competency Test) either C++, Java. After clearing the test candidate has to appear for two rounds of technical interviews and followed by a HR round.
