I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Samsung Medical Center (Seoul) in Jun 2012
Interview
Personally, I think studying SSAT is not necessary. It's kind of IQ test. And it contained questions about some situations, such as "What would you do if your patient's vital sign is not stable but night doctor didn't answer your call."
After taking SSAT, I had to 2 types of interview(1st interview was good, atmosphere or questions. Most interviewers were senior nurses.
esp.2nd interview was tough. They seemed they objectified me. The interviewers were executive team, doctors)
And then I have to have medical examination.

I applied online. I interviewed at Samsung Medical Center
Interview
The interview was simply made via a phone call overseas. It lasted around thirty minutes. After seeing the job advertising, I applied for the job via email. My advisor then replied me. He and I first used emails to set up an interview schedule. He then called, and asked me several simple questions about what I have done in my research field. One day after the interview, I was offered the job.
