There are 3 main rounds The first round is screening CV/Resume. There is no difference to other kind of screening CV/Resume at other companies. The second round is taking the GSAT (Global Samsung Aptitude Test). In this round the candidates have to take the GSAT test in local language or English. The test contain 3 parts: IQ test, verbal test and logical geometry The third round is final interview. In this round there is a panel of 3 interviewers (HR manager and two heads of two different Departments). They interview about 3 candidates at the same time.
