Interviewed virtually with the Team Lead of open position. Very laid back environment, but still the usual delay awkwardness that comes with virtual interviews. Position was explained clearly. Do your research on the company beforehand.

Q: Customer calls in because their appliance isn't working. Explain your troubleshooting steps.
(my applicable experience was in troubleshooting appliances).
Decent job for a large corporate company. Because of the large industry, it has a lot of resources in place. Get's the job done, flexible hours. Once you learn how to work, it can be done remotely or in person. Though sometimes a little difficult when first starting out and adjusting.
