Got interview call on mid July, 2012, the interview started right away on the first call. Only one question asked : Please discripe your current work experience. I got another interview notice the second day, and been arranged for an video interview. Then 2 weeks later another phone call interview with an VP. Got offer the day after. It toke me amout 3 weeks from first phone interview to final offer.
