I met with a representative at the campus career fair and I applied online as well. I was invited for an interview on campus shortly afterwards. The interview went very well, I was interviewed by one senior engineer and we talked about my past work experience and the company's internship program. He was very friendly and the interview was conversational. 2 weeks later they told me their decision which I thought was reasonable. They seemed like a good company and they were very accommodating.
