Well organized but not responsive to feedback on why I wasn't selected. Both recruiter and hiring manager were 10+ minutes late to the meeting. Interview questions were fair and straight forward.

Started with standard recruiter screening. Recruiter was great. Very transparent on the role, pay structure, etc. Then a call with the hiring manager. Followed by a 'virtual onsite' that was 4 interviews back to back with a peer and 3 director or higher levels. Lastly had a take home assessment that was a lot of fun.
