The first 3 interviews went really well. I applied to a given position, but after the first interview, I was offered a chance to interview for a higher level position. I took that opportunity and began interviewing for the higher position, but then after the 3rd interview, I was essentially ghosted and it wasn't clear to me why I was no longer being considered.
