Interview
-Initial recruiter was happy to move on with hiring interview.
-Hiring employee was over 5 minutes late to interview.
-Excuse made me hesitant to join the team if offered the job.
-Be prepared to have internal reps shadowing the hiring manager.
-They should really inform the candidates of this beforehand to prevent confusion.
-Needless to say they are looking for very specific candidates.
-It's all about previous quota attainment and KPI's as opposed to how you can contribute to the team (future) and why you sought the opportunity.
-Trust your gut instincts on this one and READ the Reviews.

Question 1
Sales process, quotas, KPI's. Direct sales (no channel).
Can you make 15 calls a day without fail.
I first spoke with a recruiter for the screening process, which took about 25 minutes. She was late, but was very nice and provided tips on what they're looking for. She sent a lot of follow up information to prep for the next interview round. I then met with the hiring manager who did a deeper dive into numbers and expectations.
5 rounds in total, 1 with HR, 1 with a Sales Manager, then 3 in 1 day: Manager, Director and another Director. Very low acceptance rate. Must demonstrate growth mindset, specific deal metrics, and a natural drive.
