I was approached by their Internal Sourcer who was very good, he had a great cadence of comms. Then interviewed by their Exec Recruiter who was engaging and answered a lot of questions. Due to the time difference the second round was at 10pm for me, the interviewer did not turn up and i was offered no explanation for 48 hours (ghosted). I respect the process and had put in a lot of prep. I gave them another chance and the interview was terrible, focused on KPIs and Metrics, and nothing about the individual's soft skills in the team or the vision just how many dial-outs which I find strange for a strategic TA function. Very difficult to build rapport with and resulted in me withdrawing my application. The company seems really cool and exciting so this approach was disappointing.
