I applied for a position on the east coast and then specifically indicated my availability for a phone call was eastern time. The recruiter still assumed I was on his time (pacific) and missed our call.
It was rescheduled and took about 10 minutes and most of it was spent asking me about what living and working abroad was like.

long interview process with seven different steps, but everyone was very nice throughout. there was also a technical portion of the process within those seven steps that took about an hour to comolete.
