I received an email from the recruiter asking for my availability so we could set up an interview by phone. We had an interview scheduled about two weeks from then, the day comes and no phone call. I send an email thinking that maybe she forgot. I get a reply almost immediately stating that there would be no interview for me anymore because the position had already been filled. She also had the nerve to say that she sent me an email 5 days prior to let me know, that was a lie. I never received any cancellation email at all. I spent my week preparing for an interview that never happened. Very unprofessional and I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
