Interview
Was referred by an employee and heard from the recruiter same day scheduling the first phone screen. Next steps were phone screen with the hiring manager, on-site with 3, 1:1 interviews, and a final call with the Director. Excellent process, everyone was prompt and instantly heard back after every round regarding next steps. Best part was when I showed up at the on-site and they had a notepad waiting for me with welcome message a chocolate gift from one of their clients - such a nice personal touch. Was blown away by the professionalism and the potential of the company.
I first spoke with a recruiter for the screening process, which took about 25 minutes. She was late, but was very nice and provided tips on what they're looking for. She sent a lot of follow up information to prep for the next interview round. I then met with the hiring manager who did a deeper dive into numbers and expectations.
5 rounds in total, 1 with HR, 1 with a Sales Manager, then 3 in 1 day: Manager, Director and another Director. Very low acceptance rate. Must demonstrate growth mindset, specific deal metrics, and a natural drive.
