Interview
I applied in March. I didn't hear back until May. For an entry level position with a rate of $19, the interview process was far too long. It took 3 months, was 4 rounds, and they weren't transparent about it. No $19 an hour job should be more than 2 rounds. In addition they ask for a background and 3 references. For $19 an hour...
I received an offer in July but the pay rate was extremely low for my experience. Not market, and exceedingly low for a San Francisco tech company. I asked if it was negotiable, they asked for my number. Then they asked me to take one of those psych tests (which is most like you) while they waited to hear back. I never heard back from them. They ghosted me.

Interview
The interview process is very long and dragged out. I went through 3 interviews beginning in May and finally ending in July with a auto generated email stating they had decided to “ move forward with a candidate whose qualifications more closely align with the specific requirements of this position.” My question is why drag me along through 3 interviews if my qualifications didn’t align with the position? I would not recommend interviewing with this “start up” company who obviously has more to learn regarding how to treat potential candidates.

Question 1
All three interviews were very similar questions. And each interview was 2 weeks apart from one another.

Interview
I applied for this position via LinkedIn. First interview was a basic screening call with a recruiter. Once that was cleared and expectations were set, I had a call scheduled with the Hiring Manager from SamaCare. This interview was done via Zoom and questions were mostly situation based. I was then given a take home assignment with great instructions and another interview was scheduled to present with the hiring manager. The next interview was with a team member, where they asked situation based questions and I was asked to interpret a data set. The last interview was onsite, and lasted a few hours and I met with several leadership members and team members, where they asked a few situation based questions, but mostly it was conversational. As the end I was given a verbal offer at the end and I accepted!
