Unprofessional. Made an appointment on the system via email they sent for a selected date and time, for a phone interview. They emailed me an automated confirmation of the phone interview for the selected date and time that I chose. Upon the day of the phone interview, I did not receive a call and waited for about 20 minutes before I moved forward with the rest of my day. Then the following week they called me saying I had an interview despite it being a week after the date I chose. Disorganized and unprofessional. Did not even notify me of any changes of the interview date. Why even bother to make an appointment for an interview when they will just call you whenever they feel like it? Wasted my time.
Online interview with a panel of 3 or 4 people. Everyone received the same questions. There were about 15 questions related to the job. They didn't ask "tell me about yourself" or "greatest weakness" type questions. They were job specific questions.

The process was long and very descriptive. The hiring manager showed me the whole site environment, including Bus shop, different departments, etc. She also talked about the job duties (Bus Maintenance Intern). Asked about what I could bring to the table.
