Was promoted internaly to management trainee after 2 years after communicating intrest and networking with the upperlevel managers, interviewed 3 times over the phone, and was given a job offer over the phone with drug test within 24. Did not have to take a background check since one was performed on original hire.

Typical situations questions like tell me about a time... However, most of the positions and applicants are predetermined but HR and Club Manager. Interview process has changed since I first interviewed 4 years ago, however the questions are still the same
