The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

Interview
I applied to the position online, a few days later I got called for interview, I then interviewed with two different people and then they took me back to the bakery and let me practice icing cakes and then they offered me the job.
The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
