I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Rocky Mount, NC) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview was quick and a one day thing. When I arrived, I met with the member service manager, the cashier manager, and then the store manager. The only hard part was when they randomly asked me to sell a pen. They want to make sure you can sell membership. Also, they want to know if you can handle difficult situations. Drug test was required the same day.
The interviewer asked questions about what you know about the company and to describe yourself and goals. The interview was not very long and complicated. Was given in the open for others to hear your discussion.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sam's Club (Lakeland, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
The Interview process was very pleasant. The Manager that interviewed me asked about my aspirations relating to the job at hand- and were very cordial. I highly would recommend Sam's club!
