After a quick phone call assessing my CV, experience and willingness to fill the offered position, it was a 2 step recruitment process. Quick and "to the point".
First i was in a very awkward (but not that stupid) group interview where we played a match of "Cluedo" (find the killer). I guess to evaluate your posture, social skill, ability to express yourself, interaction with others, etc...
Then came the more serious and technical interview with the CIO and team manager. They first wanted to talk to me about some specific parts of my professional history, and then tested my knowledge with an array of direct technical questions. In the end, they described me a critical system failure and asked me how would i act and why.
