The interview is scheduled over the phone, usually with the manager. She’s very professional and kind. The place seems pleasant but could use improvement in certain areas, which suggests room for growth and development.

Question 1
They asked me about customer service, personal goals and xpectations about salary.
The interview was extensive but simple. It was obvious they were needed employees so I basically got hired on the spot, Very high likelyhood all interviewees get the job. Management is very poor though.
Simple interview, was about 15 minutes long and fairly simple questions (what are you looking for out of this job/what interests you about working here/etc). Ended up getting the job offer a few days later.
I applied and was contacted for an interview. I interviewed with store manager. Standard interview questions. Overall very easy interview. I was offered a position for beauty advisor the same day.
