Short and sweet, open panel, met the director, got an offer about 3 days later, drug test, background test, easy, phone interview, no stress, efficient, quick, thorough, no education needed, no prior knowledge
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sallie Mae (New Castle, DE)
Interview
Interview was pretty straight forward, standard questions about customer service background, education, etc. It did take 3-4 weeks to hear back though, and during that time the recruiter did not respond to my emails.
