I applied to salesloft online. A few weeks later I received an email to log into a candidate portal, but no other information. About a week later, I check on my candidate portal and to my surprise it said I had a first call interview. I tracked down some recruiters on LinkedIn and reached out hoping to find more information. They were able to help me set up the first 2 calls, and asked me to fill out a personality assessment. Again I didn’t have the info on the assessment, so tried to track it down by emailing a recruiter. Now weeks later, I’ve never heard from them again. Not even a notification that they’ve moved in a different direction.
