The interview process was very clear. They broke it up into 3 separate stages. The first stage was fairly simple, just more of brief one-on-one interview with one of the managers. The manager who conducted my first interview was young and very welcoming which made me feel less nervous which I was thankful for. The second interview was really long, I spent the day shadowing a manager who chowed me one of the starting campaigns for the new people. I didn't know what to expect but I warmed up to it after a while and the lady who showed me it was really bubbly and friendly. The final interview was the hardest by far. It was all fun and games really up to this point but now it flipped completely and was much more like a standard interview with some harder questions. Thankfully I got the chance over the other people that they interviewed, I was quite surprised because I wasn't ready for many of these questions.
