Quick, easy, and HR was helpful. This was an average interview. I interviewed with HR through video call and then the unit. The HR interview was the first step and she/he gets you in contact with the unit that you are interested in.
I had an interview with HR and then approximately a week later I had another with the unit manager. The turnaround was quickly offered. This was during the height of COVID.

What is a challenging situation you went through and how did you deal with it?
Very poor text based “interview” that lasted about 3 mins I was more confused by anything at the end of it. Was under the impression I’d be taken seriously and interviewed but nope. Followed up and nothing still confused several days later.
Easy and straightforward. Two rounds, both of which were done virtually. First interview with HR second interview with unit manager. Each lasted 30 minutes. Whole process was 2 weeks, from application to accepting offer.
