The first interview was a zoom. Second, they had me come in to meet with the Search Committee and Cabinet members. Third, they had me come in again to meet with the person I would report to. This interview process took 3 months, yes, 3 months. As a former alum, volunteer, donor, and employee, I can see why the University is facing the challenges they are. The process lacked communication and was disorganized. I understand why retention is at an all-time low. If offered an interview, I would save your time for elsewhere.
