I completed the questionaire process online, the next day I was offered a telephone interview, which I had to call them directly. I called the number and was asked 3/4 questions, I answered it correctly and was offered a face to face interview which was in two weeks. At the interview I was asked to do a DVD test which included me watching the DVD and writing the answers in a booklet. It included numeracy and questionaire test. which was (Very Easy) I had one to one interview with the Manager and he told me how they don't want to hire young people for the role as young people tend to quit within a week of being employed. He was very keen on the aspect and insisting it was a hard job role, with little break. I still insisted to say yes I can do it. Next day I was told I didn't get the job through email, Which I believe was due to my age I'm 20
