Unprofessional - applied online took a week for initial phone screen followed by call with Director. After sending emails to both afterwards to follow up, CRICKETS. No word NOTHING. Super unprofessional at least let the candidate know if you aren't moving forward! (wrote review 1 month after last email sent)

What is your experience with high touch customers?
It's a very lengthy process and takes weeks to revert. Because of this, the candidates lose interest in the company. Recruiters are not prompt enough.
There is no structured interview. Anyone can take anytime.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at SailPoint Technologies (Paris) in Jan 2019

Extremely long process, all together there were 7 interviews, including HR, Managers and speaking with colleagues.
They are looking for a very specific fit which is why there were so many interviews made, however the number of interviews and the long process does not justify the salary nor in my opinion the role. They could be more professional in their hiring process
