3. Passed the pre screening and got contacted 2 days later by HR from their UK headquarter for a group interview. Group interview was called Sage Assesment Centre, which included total 5 interviewees (we were the final 5 interviewees from hundreds they said). Had an icebreaking pop quiz about our knowledge of Sage. After that we had a 20 minutes simulation between us interviewees facing the same problem. Us 5 needed to discuss the situation about what to prioritize out of the lists of things we are allowed to choose. Then we needed reach to an unanimous consensus before presenting to the 3-4 interview panelists how we came up with the priority list. I was actually having a lot fun in the interview, which is very rare from my interview experiences.
4. Solo interview on the same day after the group interview. Needed to give a 5 minute presentation telling "why me?" followed by the standard behavioral questions. One question was very specific which tests if you've actual done product marketing before, which was quite challenging. They allowed me to take notes and even write on paper and said "take your time."
5. Got rejected a week later. They were very kind to set up a feedback session after the interview which made me learn a lot of how to improve for my next interview. I have no regrets and was very proud of how well I did despite getting rejected.
Overall thought: a very genuine company that seems to care about their interviewees and employees, and it was the most interesting interview I ever had. Highly recommend you try applying.
