Interview
A 3-stage interview process to this role. HR sift, followed by competency-based questions, and then a presentation as the final stage with the hiring manager and team. Fair an open process which was informal and conversational.

Screening with a talent acquisition person. Sent clear outline of the entire process and what to expect and I appreciated that. Very kind and attentive during the entire process. I ultimately did not get an offer but they let me know quickly and provided some feedback.
