Interview
12/2023 - Recruiter Interview
01/2023 - Hiring Manager
01/2023 - Direct Manager
03/2023 - Team Member (Whole Team)
There’s was quite a lot of inconsistency with the whole interview process. The length and miscommunication was very unappealing. The First Recruiter has mentioned that the role was offered to another candidate. A month later, they reached out for a 5th interview.
Overall, the position was for immediate hire. I love the Company benefits and etc, but I’ve accepted another position when having to wait for a response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sage in Feb 2023

The primary interview lasted about an hour, the interviewers were excellent and the interview was not difficult. Primarily, the questions were regarding Accounting terms and familiarity.
