Group interview that wasn't really an interview just hello and fill out this form, never responded to any of my follow ups. Promise of upper level management in the group interview. seems too good to be true.

Three step process about the company and yourself. There is also an opportunity for the company to see your writing when you need to answer the questionnaire. The interview staff was friendly and nice.

Interview
First was the group interview with a company introduction which was supposed to be followed by a personal call. They asked for a written response to a few questions. However, they never called back and informed they filled up all the positions.
