      Account Manager Interview

      29 Mar 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Safe Software

      Interview

Interview process was very strange. Ended up speaking with a couple of other account managers who brought up my age, warning me that the majority of employees would be younger than me. Very unprofessional. Seems like they're looking for young people with little to no experience so they can pay them little. The salary is low and the bonus is shared, so it max's out very low. The story also changed about the hybrid situation. At first, I was told the job would be remote, and that changed to "you can go in when you want", to "you have to be in the office these specific days. They try to lure you in with a bait and switch.
