Interview
They saw my resume and asked that I come in person to interview and meet with about 4 different people. It was nice. The people were nice, the office was temporary so it wasn't impressive. First impressions were OK, they were looking for someone that had exactly my skillset but I think they were looking to connect to someone on a better level and I didn't feel a connection with the Director of IT, she had only been there 3 months and this might have been her first interview with the company so she might have set extremely high expectations.
