The interview was easier than expected. Man interviewing was new to interviewing so he was a little nervous also. General questions were asked. Nothing too unexpected. Was one on one. Seemed genuinely interested.

Interview
I had several interviews for this position. All involved getting to know me and how I would fit as an aide in the classroom. I have a degree in education and I'm currently retired. The main focus of my interview was to see if I would be able to let someone else be in charge of the classroom. I have no problem with that at all and proved it many times over. Most teachers enjoy that I have knowledge of how a classroom runs.
