There was an aptitude test followed by a technical test which was conducted via locally hosted website. In the technical test we had to choose one from either Java or .net The level of questions was moderate. The interview seemed rather informal and only few basic questions were asked from me. I found that the interview was very easy and they only asked about CRM and other things related from their company. All in all the company didn't seem good to me and they weren't serious about it too..

The company made a visit to our college. It had mainly 5 rounds. The first one was online test which included questions of quant, LR, English and Java. The level of this test is quite difficult and you need to be more than average to clear the round. The next follows the technical and HR interview. They can ask you abt your family , how will you travel , basic introduction. The technical person can ask you anything related to your subject. I preferred java.. So he asked me about the threads , synchronization, oops. He also asked me to code Pascal triangle. Next round is the machine test.. Which will be conducted in their premises. This round doesn't contains an online coding platform like hackerrank or codechef. It will be an offline coding. You have to explain your logic after coding. Questions can be on linked list,array,queue or binary tree. The final round is with cxo. They are the people who focus mostly on practical knowledge. They will ask you abt the projects, the database used in it, the flow and it's er diagram. And then they will hand over the offer letter.
