After 3 rounds of interview of assessment and technical rounds. I was due for cultural fit round with the CEO as he was travelling. The prior manager's seemed to find me a fit and were happy with the assessments. The HR had confirmed I'm through and just a final interview with the CEO is pending. It had been a week I had not heard from her. She did not pick my calls or gave me any update. I had to msg the manager who had interviewed me on Linkedin . He confirmed, I have been short listed for the next and final round the CEO and he is travelling. After 12 days I received an email ( no calls ) with the interview link for the final round with the CEO which was due in 5 days. On the day of the interview I received an email 3 hours before the interview that i had been rejected without any explanation or interview been taken place.
