I decline the offer because they were not paying enough raise. They should consider the skill set of candidate to make an offer not what is the rate in market.

I applied through the college ,process took two or three hours most of the time waiting for interviewer,they asked me about my low grades i answered then he asked about hobbies after that he comes to the technical questions.

1. Do you know Php? i answered no because i know java.2.java script ? i answered no because i know html css then he asked me about j query and angular .He did not asked me a single question from my resume then finally he asked tell me about html and css i answered correctly then he asked how many types we can define the css code i answered correctly,then he gave me a pattern code i have done it.
