I had my first interview with Manu over a video call, where we chatted about ourselves, my experience, the company and the role. Manu was wonderful to speak with and set an open and conversational tone that allowed me to speak to my alignment with the role with ease. After our call, I was informed that I would be moving on to the next round and interviewing with the two CSM leads. In that interview, we got a bit more in-depth about my experience and talked more about scenarios and what my contributions would be. I was informed that they decided to move forward with someone else, but that they enjoyed getting to know me and hope I apply in the future.
