I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at SWICORP in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process is notably lengthy, spanning over four months or more. It includes two intensive case study rounds, requiring candidates to demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, there are four face-to-face interview rounds, likely focusing on technical expertise, behavioral competencies, and cultural fit.
Throughout the process, there is no mention of the compensation package, which can leave candidates uncertain about the role's financial prospects. Communication from HR is minimal and largely restricted to arranging interview rounds, leading to a sense of unresponsiveness outside these key milestones.
Overall, the process demands significant commitment and patience from candidates due to its duration, complexity, and limited feedback loop.
