The first round was an online interview with their manager. From the very beginning, I could tell it was already a failed interview. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, and it felt like he just wanted to end the interview as quickly as possible. There was also a strong sense of racial discrimination—it seemed like he only wanted to hire someone of his own ethnicity.He didn't even give me time to think about the interview questions and kept rushing me to answer.
