I had a brief first interview to see if their schedule and day to day life was a good fit for what I was looking for, was able to ask plenty of questions with an insightful employee who was very honest. They invited me back for a second round interview which was a little over 30 min which went over the job and company in detail as well as them asking me more about myself. They did give me information about the position to take home which was great! I got a call back for the position after about 5 hours from the hiring manager.

The first round interview was very short and basic (so much so that it was suspicious). They immediately offered a second round interview 15 min later, only then do they tell you that the position is door to door sales. They post differently titled job postings all for this same position, which is a very scummy tactic.
