Interview was very relaxed. two interviews and was offered job same day. Helps to be familiar with the menu and the concepts they use at SUgarFsih because they will ask if you are comfortable.
Very quick, simple and easy. Just be positive and you and you should be good. Be there on time and dress nicely as it reflects and be positive. You’ll be great.
The interview process was a two stage interview. The first interview is with the general manager of the location who gets to know you. The second interview is with the regional manager who is more involved with job related questions.
