I had an initial 30 minute phone interview. Typical initial interview questions such as interest in position, my background and general work ethic. The interviewer described the position in-detail and also asked my availability for an on-site interview. Seemed like the interview went well and they showed interest in continuing the interview process. However, they never got back to me nor informed me that they they decided to move forward with other candidates. I also sent a follow-up email regarding my candidacy but that email was ignored.
